Join Marisa DeClue and Darline Mabins for a discussion on diversity and inclusion at noon, Oct. 26. This is a free, virtual event, however, registration is required.
About the Speakers:
Marisa DeClue
Marisa is executive director of Developmental Center of the Ozarks, which serves infants, children, and adults who have developmental or physical disabilities, or developmental delays, through therapies, education, and habilitative programs. She has been with DCO for 13 years, previously serving as Development and PR Director. She has worked with numerous non-profits in our region, including the Pregnancy Care Center, American Red Cross and United Way of the Ozarks.
Darline Mabins
Darline took the reins in July of Minorities in Business, which works to bring opportunities to minority- and women-owned businesses through advocacy, networking and capacity building. She spent the previous 17 years with Arvest Bank working as a branch sales manager and regional branch manager. Darline also owns Drain Pro Plumbing with her husband, Sean, and serves on the board of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation and the Springfield Public Library Foundation.
