Heather Hermen is senior vice president/chief marketing and communications officer for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and CVB. She will share how she started in the travel and tourism industry through storytelling, the launch of social media, the challenges of destination communication, navigating personal obstacles and never letting the love for the industry fade.
Tackling big projects while managing expectations can be a challenge for anyone. Heather will share how she has done it in the Branson/Lakes Area as the new person in the group, along with tips for bringing your next big idea to life.
