Diversity, Inclusion, & Effective Communication
Join us for our October Membership Luncheon featuring Keke Rover, system director of diversity, equity and inclusion for Burrell Behavioral Health. This is a great opportunity for professional development, networking, catching up with old friends and making new ones.
About the speaker:
Keke Rover is a Chicago native who has made Springfield her home for the past 17 years.
Keke is currently working at Burrell Behavioral Health as system director of diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to Burrell, she has served as the director of ambassadors for children, case manager for Preferred Family Healthcare, and house manager for Isabel’s House.
Keke has always fought for inclusion while being a voice for the underrepresented in every aspect of her career. Keke Serves as a board member of Big Brother’s and Big Sister’s and is an Active Big. She’s a leader for the local DEI Roundtable under the tutelage of Wes Pratt. She works to activate the community to practice inclusion and advocate for our historically marginalized sps students through the group Building Belonging. However, the most important role she has is being a mother and wife.
